Pack Attendant
As a Pack Attendant, you are responsible for the care and supervision of all house guests. No experience is necessary, training is provided. Pack Attendants must be comfortable with working with all dog breeds and be able to work up to 12 hours on their feet. Pack Attendants also work with our human guests so customer service experience is not required but preferred.

Hound Concierge
The Hound Concierge is responsible for all guest relations, from booking appointments, answering phones, sending out report cards, and also managing social media pages. This position is not limited to just FOH duties but also may help out BOH when needed. Hound Concierges must have impeccable customer service skills and be able to handle stressful situations. You may be working on your feet nonstop for up to 10 hours a day.

Overnight Pack Attendant
Overnight Pack Attendants work 12-hour shifts and are responsible for ensuring all staycation guests are supervised. You may work alone or with another overnight pack attendant. During your shift, you will be cleaning, doing light housekeeping and, walking dogs as needed.
You also will be assisting guests after hours for pick up or drop off as well as answering any calls from pet parents looking for an update.
